Mark D'Agostino, MD, MS, MSc

Dr. D'Agostino is Board Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN) and has a subspecialty Board Certification in Addiction Medicine by the American Board of Preventive Medicine (ABPM). In addition to expertise in psychopharmacology, he is a trained psychodynamic therapist and is available for medication management and psychotherapy. Dr. D'Agostino has presented on the safety and use of Ketamine and psychedelic medicine (including ibogaine) in treatment resistant depression and addiction, the risks and treatment of Kratom (7-OH) use disorder, and is available for consultation in these areas.


Dr. D'Agostino attended Brown Medical School on scholarship and completed residency training in Psychiatry at New York Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center. Before medical school, he was awarded a Marshall Scholarship, earning a Master of Science in Health Policy, Planning, and Financing at the London School of Economics/LSHTM, and a Master of Science in Biochemistry at the University of Nottingham Medical School. A former Active Duty US Army physician, he is a Harvard Business School alumnus, a faculty member at Weill Cornell Medical College/New York Presbyterian Hospital, and a member of the Technology and Psychiatry Committee for the Group for the Advancement of Psychiatry (GAP). He remains actively engaged in academic scholarship, including published papers, book chapters, and presentations..
