Throughout his career, he has cultivated expertise in treating substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, stress management, and grief counseling.

He skillfully integrates multiple therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Psychodynamic Therapy.
