Dr. D'Agostino is Board Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN) and has a subspecialty Board Certification in Addiction Medicine by the American Board of Preventive Medicine (ABPM). In addition to expertise in medication management for conditions including but not limited to anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, opioid and alcohol use disorder, he is a trained therapist and is available for medication management and psychotherapy. Dr. D'Agostino has extensive experience with and has presented on the safety and use of Ketamine and Psychedelic Medicine in Treatment Resistant Depression and Addiction, and is available for consultation in these areas.
Dr. D'Agostino attended Brown Medical School on academic scholarship and completed residency training in Psychiatry at New York Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center. Before medical school, he was awarded a Marshall Scholarship, earning a Master of Science in Health Policy, Planning, and Financing at the London School of Economics, and a Master of Science in Biochemistry at the University of Nottingham Medical School. He is an alumnus of the Harvard Business School, a former Active Duty physician in the US Army, and remains on faculty at Weill Cornell Medical College/New York Presbyterian Hospital.
