Sarah Goldstein is a Licensed Master of Social Work (LMSW) with over a decade of experience in the behavioral health field. Sarah earned her MSW from Quinnipiac University in 2016, and has since dedicated her career to supporting individuals and families seek care for themselves and loved ones. Sarah began her professional journey working for a statewide crisis hotline, where she provided immediate support to individuals and families in distress. She then advanced to a senior role at an inpatient and residential mental health and addiction hospital, leading an admissions department and collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team of providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Sarah specializes in treating anxiety across the lifespan, and is dedicated to navigating its challenges. With a deep sense of compassion and understanding, Sarah creates a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their feelings, uncover underlying causes of their anxiety, and build resilience. Using evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques, Sarah empowers clients to regain control, develop healthier coping mechanisms, and cultivate lasting inner peace. Passionate about fostering hope and healing, she is committed to walking alongside clients on their journey to emotional well-being.
